Problem Statement
Urban bike theft and misplacement have become significant challenges, with existing solutions offering limited real-time location awareness and minimal proactive security features. The traditional known tracking devices are often very bulky, power-intensive, and reliant on manual intervention, leading to poor user experience and low adoption among cyclists. There was a need for a lightweight, reliable, and user-friendly tracking system that could seamlessly integrate with bicycles, providing continuous monitoring, enhanced security, and peace of mind for riders.
Our Solution
We developed a sensor-driven tracking system embedded directly into bike locks, enabling seamless real-time location monitoring and enhanced security. Paired with Android and iOS mobile apps, the solution allows riders to track their bikes, receive instant alerts, and manage the security features with ease, thus delivering a reliable, convenient, and user-friendly experience for everyday cyclists.
